Personal Touch, Professional PrideIn fact the owner of Cycles Unlimited, Ashley, has been servicing bicycles and working in
bike shops here in Missouri since he was 12 years old. Today, he’s like a blue-collar chef
in a upscale restaurant because on any given day you can expect to see him throwing
wrenches at bikes when you walk in his store. That kind of life experience and hands-on
attention is hard to find in any profession. He is the true definition of a locally-owned, small
business providing a personal touch.
But Ashley is not the only excellence on hand. Jason, our service manager also doubles
as one of two Serotta fit specialists on staff. Jason has also been trained by the Barnett
Bicycle Institute making him BSE Certified. He demonstrates a mastery of the cycling
mechanics and physiology that only comes from high-level education and years upon
years of experience. Plus, we commit ourselves to being patient with novices as well as
all levels of enthusiasm.
We love bikes, tolerate any bike problem well, and love to share what we’ve learned.
Our diagnosis is excellent, but we are committed to continuous improvement. We’re
earnest, play no games, keep the objective in view, and press on, and most importantly
we’re a heck of a lot of fun.
